You will be happy with the service here. I have had blinds from them for 6 years, and every time I have broken a clip, etc., Pat has sent me new clips right away. This is an honest company, and they care about their customers. I have had no problems at all with the blinds and they still look great. You will not be disappointed with the service you will get with them.
